My Teacher accused me of cheating!?

Why should you be penalized for something you are not guilty of.I suggest you take your case up to the head of school. You had actually offered to re -write the paper which was refused by the teacher,what else does he expect. You should not let him have his way,you therefore must consult the head of school.I think the teacher has an attitude that is unbecoming of a teacher.
