I need advice or can some one explain it 2 me?

so at the beging of the year there was a guy name peter and act really weird around me and it was cute like i will say "hi" and he will say something stupid or dum and befor winter break i told him i like him and he he just hug me but my parents were in a hury so i told him i had to go and he said it was ok but now we are back in school but he doesnt talk to me any more or anything i see that he is always looking at me and always were i am but he wont say anything any more i mean did i do something wrong or what ?? so can some one give me some advice or tell me why he doesnt talk to me any more ????
