QUESTION for CIVIL RIGHTS ATTORNEYS?

Most of this does sound silly. Just because you have an issue with one librarian you think they have violated your rights by monitoring your computer use. More to this story than you are telling. Sounds like you have been banned from the library and your card taken. Then you go back and get caught using someones card. At my public library you only use your own card not someone else's card. Matters not that you had the card owners permission. Using a public computer puts you at risk for all kinds of things. Get your own computer and problem solved.
