Throat Cancer?? please help if there are any decent people out there. =[?

For starters I've been smoking cigarettes for 2 and a half years. And I had open heart surgery when I was 16 months old. But it was done bye one of the best doctors at Stanford and it hasn't affected me sense strong and healthy 21 year old male. I cough up phlegm quite a bit. Most of the time when I lean forward just a bit sorta bye the center of my chest on the left side its like a sharp pain like pushing on your ribs. It especially hurts when i cough or sneeze... and also I have a feeling of a pill stuck in my throat idk what it is but i cant hack it up when i stick my finger down my throat to try and get it out no matter how hard i wretch. and every time i swallow i can feel it rubbing against my throat... please help i'm worried.and your answers would be aot better then spending 20 bucks at Kaiser...
