I usually just take deep breaths to help me focus and get in the zone. Being nervous is normal. Use that nervous energy positively. When you're nervous you have more adrenline so use that extra energy to project you voice and do whatever blocking you have. Also performing in front of friends/family helps because it gets you used to performing in front of people and you can recieve feedback from them. Remember what you want while you do your audition. Think about how bad you want it and just go for it.
