Ok, can a window tint violation/warning be removed from the mvr after the tint was removed?

2: my mvr shows like 3 or 4 suspensions for not paying a 35/month court cost. but all of the reinstatements are before the date of the suspension date. my lic has never been suspended, not even for a day so how do employers figure this out when they see your mvr. i would think a driving record is exactly that, a driving record. not a place to put a suspension notice because they sent you out a letter saying they may suspend it if you dont pay by this date. I have 3 of these on my mvr and its very annoying cause it looks as if its been suspended but it has not been and if you look at it with a smart eye its easy to see all of the so called suspensions were reinstated before the suspension date because i paid the fees before the date to suspend. Its killing my damn job search. all of this happened for a dumb mistake in college with a dui. i have 1 dui and that is it on my driving record besides a window tint warning mentioned above that i would think can be removed. since i was 16 thats all i have but it look horrible with all the notices to suspend that are on my report. how can i get these things removed. calling the fla dmv? please no jack **** answers this is a serious matter and i dont have time for the losers who respond just to drag people down.
