Life expectancy for my grandma...please read!?

It is a complicated and long story, but my grandma is dying in the hospital with a whole list of life threatening problems, the most recently discovered being end stage kidney failure. I think she is going to try dialysis. I am 38 weeks pregnant and my parents say she is trying to live to see pictures of my baby once she is born(she is in CA and I am in CO so can't see her in person). She is in her mid to late 80's. Does anybody know how long someone that old with tons of other problems can make it with this kidney disease? Couldn't really find any info online, as I know it depends on many factors.
