Legalities Around Writing A Self Help Book?

I suffered from depression for most of my life, I am in the process of writing a self help book on how I recovered from depression, but what are the legalities around this as I don't have any medical qualifications? I am coming from the point of view of the sufferer. I don't want to end up getting sued.
