I need help to get this off of my mind! Help plzzz!?

im 13 and so i saw this true video of the white woman ghost. The one in portugal. The real video and its really spooky. I need to go to bed in like 5 hours. And i was so tired before i watched the video and now im wide awake and i keep jumping everytime the phone rings and i need help to get it off my mind so i can sleep tonight i usually get over stuff like this the next day but i need it off my mind. I'm watching tv right now but it keeps poping back into my head. Any other ways that can get this off my mind! Plzz help me!
