Best uplifting cream?

I hate that you are so hard on yourself! You're so young so please just be positive :) With that out of the way- My best friend in high school had this same problem. She was a tiny girl but had a very large chest. Certain insurances will actually cover having your lifted because this isn't normal to have this problem at such an early age. There are certain requirements and one of them is facing towards the ground. Talk to your mom or your doctor and see what they have to say. If you decide to go natural make sure that you accept yourself. Life is too short to worry about what other people think of you! Take care
