Appetizer Recipe??
marinate chicken tenderloins or slice into strips, stick a wooden skewer through it, then marinate in italian dressing . take a large can of dry roasted nuts, put in a food processor, or blender, and slowly add vegetable oil, and a spoon full of cayenne pepper till its soupy and not chunky. either broil or bake or grill the marinated strips, and serve a few on a small plate with a small plastic cup, or ramikin full of the spicy peanut sauce. It's called chicken satay, but on a stick instead of chopped up and sauted together. Of course if you don't have a processor, ya cant go wrong with terryaki marinaded shrimp kabobs either, or just go pick up some sushi.
